Friday, 18 December 2015

It's the most wonderful time of the year . . .  Yes I am joining in the Festive blog vibes late but hey better late than never. I have been so busy with my new interiors business this year I have barely had a second to myself ( check it out here ; . I am also just going through a house move to a bigger place which is exciting but all these things have drained my finances so this year I am busy making handmade gifts.
The gorgeous shortbread christmas tree cookies are perfect for those foodie lovers !

Here's how to make them.

125 grams of unsalted butter
55 grams of caster sugar

3. Roll out the dough to roughly 1cm/1.5 cm thick to form and cut out your shapes.
4. Bake in over for 10 -15 mins
